Dr. Deborah Gentry leads our MyIntroview™ team. She has held several senior executive human resources positions with Sara Lee Corporation, Kodak, Pearle Vision, and Arco gaining 25 years of HR management, staffing and career development experience. She has been nationally recognized for her work in selection, assessment and coaching methods. She founded Gentry Search Partners, an executive search and recruiting firm helping clients to identify and select the talent that best matches their needs. Her selection and assessment methods have been adopted by many Fortune 50 companies who came to study her programs and processes.

Carlos D.Fearn
Carlos Fearn has over 10-years experience as an entrepreneur focused on online advertising, media, and e-commerce. In 1999, he founded nxbid.com, one of the pioneers in business-to-business e-commerce, which provides him with the background to understand the complexities of using the internet to best match resources with the needs of businesses of all sizes. Carlos is responsible for all marketing and business development for MyIntroView. His primary goal is to expand Resume2020 nationwide to help as many college graduates get the job of their dreams.A 2000 graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with dual degrees in economics and marketing, Carlos is an avid reader who enjoys spending time with his wife and 14-month old son, Dominic.

Jack Gentry
Jack Gentry brings a multitude of experience as a small business owner and entrepreneur. He understands that mastering the selection and hiring process is the key to small business success. Limitation of resources is the primary constriction that small business’ face in their ability to find qualified employees. Jack has an insightful ability to assist business owners in finding and keeping productive employees. His experience is a critical element in the development of Resume2020.com as a platform for small business to find potential employees who fit their needs and culture.
Jack has many years of experience in the recruiting, partnering in an executive search firm and working for a long list of clients in general recruiting. He has a B.S. in Management from Washburn University. He has been in multiple programs over the years for the purpose of defining and improving the employment process of small business.

Kristi Bauer
Kristi Bauer brings twenty years of combined experience in advertising, marketing, sales and management. She has worked for several Fortune 500 companies, such as BellSouth, Scripps Howard and The Limited Inc.
She has spent much of her career helping Business owners develop business strategies critical to their success. From creating print and online advertising strategies, to developing cost effective recruitment solutions, Kristi has been a valuable asset to many clients seeking assistance for the growth of their companies.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University Of Memphis, and has completed continuing education courses in Marketing, Advertising, Business to Business sales and consulting, and public speaking.
