Dr. Deborah Gentry
|
Dr. Deborah Gentry leads our Resume 20/20 team. She has held several senior executive human resources positions with Sara Lee Corporation, Kodak, Pearle Vision, and Arco gaining 25 years of HR management, staffing and career development experience. She has been nationally recognized for her work in selection, assessment and coaching methods. She founded Gentry Search Partners, an executive search and recruiting firm helping clients to identify and select the talent that best matches their needs. Her selection and assessment methods have been adopted by many Fortune 50 companies who came to study her programs and processes.
Deborah graduated from Indiana University with a Doctor of Business Administration degree and a second doctoral major in Psychology. Her M.B.A. is also from Indiana University. She was a professor at the SMU Graduate School of Business teaching strategy, personnel, and organizational behavior.

Debra Malone
|
Debra Malone, Operations Consultant, works with our Resume2020.com and OppCity.com team. She is responsible for marketing, sales and launch rollouts. In her career Debra has been Director of Field Operations for the global leader of marketing research companies. Her specialty is project management and organization.
Debra has a BS in Operations Management from Wright State University and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Christian Brothers University.
She is our liason with Chambers of Commerces and Professional Career Transition Groups.

Jack Gentry

Jack Gentry brings a multitude of experience as a small business owner and entrepreneur. He understands that mastering the selection and hiring process is the key to small business success. Limitation of resources is the primary constriction that small businesses face in their ability to find qualified employees. Jack has an insightful ability to assist business owners in finding and keeping productive employees. His experience is a critical element in the development of Resume2020.com as a platform for small business to find potential employees who fit their needs and culture.
Jack has many years of experience in the recruiting, partnering in an executive search firm and working for a long list of clients in general recruiting. He has a B.S. in Management from Washburn University. He has been in multiple programs over the years for the purpose of defining and improving the employment process of small business.

Jacqueline Gentry

Jacqueline Gentry, Project Manager, recruits new members to Resume2020.com and manages events for OppCity.com. She organizes and teaches professional career programs for our online and live events.
Jacqueline has a BS in Biology from Rhodes College where she also led a large campus organization.
