Unlimited IntroView Profile Access
Once you have narrowed down your search for potential candidates, access these candidate IntroView pages to begin learning more about them. The IntroView will feature information about candidates that will be more in-depth and beneficial than what is traditionally found on a basic resume.

Visibility Tool Search
Once you have searched and read IntroView profiles on potential candidates, you will then be able to learn even more about candidates by accessing their Hire Visibility ™ Profiles. Created by a PhD psychologist and HR veteran, the Resume 20/20 Hire Visibility™ feature will give you the last bit of information needed to help you make a decision on who you want to interview, from Assessment Results to References from current and past employers.

Export Candidate Data
Once you identify candidates of interest, our export feature allows you to add candidates from the Resume 20/20 database to your traditional recruiting initiatives. Also, you can tag and track candidates internally by exporting the needed information.
